About Dynamic Impact

Most projects do not fail at the idea.

They fail in the space between the idea and the execution. Requirements were never written down. Two teams assumed the other one owned it. The website went live, but no one had decided who would receive inquiries or how they would be handled. Dynamic Impact exists to work in that space.

Why Dynamic Impact exists 01

Enterprise discipline, applied where it rarely reaches.

Idea Requirements Execution

Large organizations have business analysts, project managers, and formal processes because they learned what unmanaged complexity costs. Growing businesses, nonprofits, ministries, and independent leaders face the same complexity with none of that structure behind them.

The work still has requirements. It still has dependencies, stakeholders, handoffs, and failure points. It simply does not have anyone whose job is to see them.

Dynamic Impact brings that discipline to organizations that need it and do not have it in-house. Not as overhead, and not as documentation for its own sake, but as the difference between a plan that sits in a folder and a plan that actually gets executed.

Adriana Ballentine

Dynamic Impact was founded by Adriana Ballentine, a project manager and business analyst with nearly two decades of experience inside enterprise IT programs. Her work spans infrastructure and data center migrations, requirements gathering, cross-team coordination, testing, cutover planning, and the kind of work where a missed dependency carries real cost.

That experience shapes how the firm works. Scope is confirmed before the build begins. Decisions are documented. Stakeholders know what is expected of them and when. Nothing important is left to someone’s memory.

She founded Dynamic Impact after watching capable people with good ideas stall out, not from a lack of vision or effort, but from a lack of structure. A nonprofit with a program and no process. A business owner rebuilding the same spreadsheet every month. A leader with a launch date and no plan behind it. The problems were solvable. They simply needed someone to define them first.

Who we work with 03

The work looks different. The gap is usually the same.

Dynamic Impact works with businesses, nonprofits, ministries, event organizers, and independent professionals building something that has outgrown informal management.

01

A process has grown manual, fragmented, or dependent on one person.

02

A new initiative needs requirements defined before anyone can build it.

03

A website or system is needed, but the process behind it is not settled.

04

A launch has a date, stakeholders, and moving parts, and no one coordinating them.

05

Communications no longer match what the organization has actually become.

We work within a single service area when that is what the problem requires, and across several when it does not.

How we work 04

What you can expect from an engagement.

01

We define the problem before we build the solution.

An unclear problem produces an expensive solution. We would rather spend time in analysis than rework.

02

We write things down.

Scope, requirements, decisions, and responsibilities are documented, so nothing depends on recall and every stakeholder is working from the same information.

03

We communicate in plain language.

Clients should understand what is happening in their own project without translating jargon.

04

We build for the handoff.

Every engagement is built so your team can operate it. Whether Dynamic Impact stays involved or transitions the work back to you, the solution should not depend on us.

Based in Mississippi 05

Local roots. Remote reach.

Dynamic Impact LLC is a Mississippi-based, woman-owned consulting firm serving clients locally and remotely. Most engagements run virtually, with structured communication and defined review points that keep the work moving regardless of location.
