How we protect information
- This website is served over HTTPS, which encrypts traffic between your browser and the site.
- Client files and email are stored in reputable cloud services that use security protections for data in transit and at rest.
- Accounts holding client or financial information are protected by strong, unique passwords and multi-factor authentication where available.
- Access is limited to people who need the information to perform the work.
- Payment credentials are handled by our payment processor rather than stored by us.
- Devices used for client work are password-protected and kept current with security updates.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep information
We retain inquiry forms, scheduling records, and related correspondence while a potential engagement is being considered and for a reasonable period afterward. Contracts, invoices, and financial records are retained as required for business, tax, legal, and contractual purposes. Client project materials are retained for the engagement and a reasonable period after it ends unless an agreement requires a different period or you ask us to return or delete them sooner.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We may retain information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Children
Our services are directed to businesses, organizations, and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
