Accessibility Statement
Dynamic Impact LLC is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing quality requirement. We review the site as pages and features are added or substantially changed.
Standard we work toward
Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We are actively reviewing this site against that target and correcting identified barriers. We do not treat this statement as a substitute for testing or as a guarantee that every page is free of accessibility issues.
Practices we use
- Semantic structure. We use headings, landmarks, lists, labels, and other native HTML patterns where practical.
- Keyboard access. Navigation and interactive controls are designed to be keyboard operable, with visible focus treatment.
- Color and contrast. We review text and interface contrast and avoid relying on color alone to communicate essential meaning.
- Zoom and reflow. Responsive layouts are reviewed at smaller widths and increased browser zoom so content can reflow without unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
- Text alternatives. Informative images should include useful alternative text, while decorative graphics should be hidden from assistive technology.
- Motion preferences. Shared site behavior is designed to respect reduced-motion preferences where animation or smooth scrolling is used.
- Forms. Form controls use visible labels, required-field behavior, and status messages intended to communicate submission success or failure.
Known limitations
Some areas may still require improvement:
- Third-party functionality, including scheduling and form-processing services, may have accessibility behavior outside our direct control.
- Some older or highly customized page sections may still require manual review for contrast, focus order, zoom, or reflow.
- Newly published or substantially redesigned pages may have issues that are identified during post-build testing and corrected afterward.
If you encounter a barrier, tell us and we will work to provide the information or service another way while the issue is reviewed.
How we test
Our review process includes automated checks where appropriate and manual checks for keyboard navigation, focus visibility, heading structure, form labels and status messages, browser zoom, responsive reflow, motion preferences, link behavior, and color contrast. Deployed pages are also reviewed because source-code checks alone cannot prove accessibility.
Feedback and assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of this site, or you need information in an alternative format, contact us. Please include the page address and a description of the problem. If you know the browser or assistive technology you were using, that information can also help us investigate.

Accessibility in client work
Dynamic Impact incorporates accessibility practices into website work, including semantic markup, keyboard operability, contrast review, alternative text guidance, and responsive behavior. Formal conformance testing, documentation, or specialized assistive-technology testing may require a separately defined scope depending on the engagement.
Updates to this statement
We review this statement as the site changes and update it when our standards, testing process, or known limitations change. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
